I, Abigail, am guilty of engaging in that dangerous activity of reading, pestering my sister with passionate rhetoric on the beauty of mathematics, and believing Jesus Christ to be my Savior.
I hail from a tiny village in southern China that, when my parents visited in 2000, had oxen plodding down the road. From 2010 to 2014 my family and I lived in Xi’an, where we were involved in a foster care/orphan ministry. If you’re interested, some of our experiences are documented here. I hope to write about those four years more fully some day.
Now, I live in one of the 19,354 incorporated places of the United States with my six-week-older sister, two younger brothers, parents, and pets and attend school two-thirds of a day’s drive away. (If you’d like to learn more about my sister, see her blog here. She draws amazing pictures.)
I home schooled from 5th to 12th grade, with a one-year break in 9th grade when I attended a private school. I am currently a college junior/senior studying mathematics. For now, I’m here to share my academic discoveries with you.
Thank you for joining me!
P.S. You can also find me tweeting on @AppleLindner, sharing recipes on Wholesome Chickpea, and writing fiction and poetry on this site.
